SHOW REQUIREMENTS

Please note if your product is a food item, (e.g. Jams, Honey, Oils, etc.) 

you must comply with the Atlantic County Board of Health regulations.

  1. Set up begins at 6:30 am and must be completed by 9:00 am or you will not be able to participate. No Exceptions. 

  2. You are responsible to supply tables, chairs, tents, etc. Tables are to be covered to the ground with storage under your table. No boxes are to be in sight. 

  3. Only two (2) vehicles permitted per crafter. Vehicles must be moved out of festival area as soon as you are finished unloading and no later than 8:30 am.

  4. You must stay within your allotted space, no expanding. 

  5. Subletting or sharing of your space is prohibited. 

  6. Raffles are prohibited. 

  7. NO EXCLUSIVITY OR SPACE LOCATION REQUESTS. 

  8. NO SOLICITING OR AGGRESSIVE HAWKING. 

  9. NO PACKING OR REMOVAL OF YOUR DISPLAY BEFORE 4:00 PM.

  10. NO PETS ALLOWED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS OR INSIDE YOUR BOOTH. 

  11. PLEASE ENCLOSE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE naming The Greater Hammonton Chamber of Commerce as Certificate Holder.

 

APPLICATION AGREEMENT 

I, the undersigned, have read and understand the above information and agree to conform to the stipulations set forth therein and to the requirements and standards of this show. I agree to release and hold harmless the Greater Hammonton Chamber of Commerce, the promotion directors and any and all others connected with this show from any liability in any way for loss or damage to work or displays or persons participating in this show. I fully understand that if I bring anything other than the items approved on my application, I will be asked to leave and not invited back to future festivals.
